Care Instructions

Remove inner filler on both Mat and pillow and hand wash both covers in lukewarm water.

You can also use a soft brush to clean the spikes. Then hang to dry.

Fantastic product

Love love love this. I've had a few acupressure mats but this is by far the best. You get what you pay for.
Sorts my back pain out from sitting at a desk all day. Also fall asleep on it some nights and wake up feeling great. Quality of this product is outstanding, you can tell it's made of high quality materials and made with care.
Acupressure mats are great, if you are hesitating and thinking how is that gonna help my pain, just try it you will be amazed something so simple can make such a difference. I wouldn't be without one now, I'm even acupressure mat pushing on my friends haha but those who have got them now love them too.
Better than the pain meds dished out like candy by GPs. Go for it you wont look back (once you get past the initial ouch) stick with it no pain no gain.
