Returns & Refunds Policy
At Shika Wellbeing UK, we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a customer may not be completely happy with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
Acupressure Mat & Pillow -60 days returns from the day you received your product, provided you return the products in the same condition as you received them.
Other Shika Wellbeing products- 30 days returns from the day you purchase your products. Returns should be unopened and unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply send an email to our dedicated support team at contact@shikawellbeing.com. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days via email, with a prepaid return shipping label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.
